It saves so much time and effort lifting and carrying buckets of water up and down which I had been doing up to this purchase so I really appreciate this hose. The retraction is superb, it can go really fast so I keep my hand on the hose with a cloth so it goes back in clean, but it goes back in perfectly with no kinking. So for me it Looks good, very neat and it works , I am very happy with it. Also withstood builders for 3 weeks using it to mix muck etc …. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality okay but *by M***D on 9 August 2024* Fixing to the wall, was easy with good strong bolts in the pack, nice and solid. The plastic outer is not as strong, it scratches way too easily, even when I just carefully placed it on the patio, it scuffed as you can see in the pictures. Other than this, the hose is water tight, and the hand held trigger has a number of outputs which are in the main useful, while the whole hose looks nice with our colour scheme. The big question is will it last, I don't know, it feels like care is needed to ensure the spring continues to retract the hose, hopefully it will last at least 3 - 5yrs.
