A: No problem with rings on the coasters here.

**Q: The coasters are very nice, but I’m concerned the metal holder’s sharp edges will scratch my coffee new table. How have others handled this?**
A: They are actually not that nice,  kinda wonky.  But they sufficed for me (FOR NOW)  I will look for others soon. The holder as well as the coasters come with rubber stickies to add to the coasters and metal holder. The metal holder is very flimsy.

**Q: does 4 pack have metal holder? I understand that 5 pack does have holder.**
A: I bought the 5 coaster set I do not know about the 4.The 5 set is very nice glad I bought it.
