It is not made of stainless steel but still made of good materials and it creates the perfect grind It works perfectly every time and is very easy to clean. It is easy to assemble.

This grinder seems to be pretty well made. Ground up the meat very well and relatively quick. Having the burger press included was a plus as well as the cleaning brush. I haven't tried it yet to make sausage but expect it will work well.
