The tray mine came with had some damage, a crack in the middle as though something was going to punch through it. They did get in contact with me about sending a new tray but haven't heard anything for weeks after confirming they would send it. I don't blame them since it's probably too costly to send just that tray. Update: They sent me a whole new tea set to replace just the tray that was damaged. Their customer service takes things seriously!
