Each tablespoon contains 25 calories and 100mg of sodium and 2 grams of protein. The directions suggest mixing it with water and olive oil, which does add calories, but makes a very tasty blend. It mixes easily into a smooth and creamy hummus.The ingredients include: garbanzo bean flour, sesame flour, sea salt, garlic, natural lemon and sesame flavors, carrageenan and citric acid. It is a certified vegan product.This Harmony Valley Camp Cuisine Classic Hummus Mix is the first time that I have used a hummus mix. It is so tasty and so nice to keep in the pantry especially for those times when getting to the supermarket is an issue.
