I say Art in the objective description and not as.... *by D***N on February 24, 2022* ....a statement on how much I like or dislike it. Which I do like this film. You don't need to be an artist or very educated to "get" the message in this film. The message is explicitly given at the end of the film, a shortened version however. This just shows that the symbolic message can be delivered in clear but generalized language. Obviously a lot is lost in this conversion but you still get the idea. Simply stating it you lose all the profundity as well. The movie delivers the message slowly with symbolic imagery and music. The artistic approach is fuller message, much more can be conveyed with less compared to using language which would take volumes of text to be as whole as the artistic approach. The thing is if you're not all ready familiar with all the symbolic imagery you wont have any idea of what's going on at best, at worst you'll give it your own meaning and miss the actual point, perhaps even get offended by your personal interpretation.
