So I contacted the seller and they replaced this one in 24 hours for free without any hassle. I will continue to buy these because they are the best I have found AND they just proved their custkmer support is supurb! All weather, long life battery which is awesome, super bright even in sunlight, multiple modes, and a really good magnet plus suction cup that sticks to anything really good. UPDATED 22 SEPT 2022: Just an update as I am back to buy more of these now! I currently have two of them and both are working great. I have not seen nor found a better battery powered suction or magnetic stick emergency beacon light that is even close to as good as this one, even in bright daylight. I have a number of different BATTERY powered warning strobe/lights I have bought. Some are ok but others suck. Two major problems are daylight visibility and the design does not offer flashing/strobing effect in all directions evenly. THIS unit fixes ALL of those problems. I am buying additional units here now because not only does it strobe hit all directions, it is easily visible in the daylight! So far I have charged the unit and had it last days before I plug it in for a recharge (USB, cig lighter plug). In my truck I just plug it into a power plug and on my tracker, I plug it into a power bank if I want to make sure it does last if has been used already a few days. No other battery power emergency light has that ability. I work for a company that fuels trains. It’s required to be seen at all times which is where these lights really shine. They take a beating and keep on flashing. Bright enough to be seen during the day and blinding at night. Couldn’t be happier. The seller was amazing. When one of the lights wouldn’t charge anymore due to a micro usb port they sent me a brand new replacement along with another charging cable. Only thing I would change on the product would be have a ring (gasket) that joins the base and light together. Ditch the micro usb charging port and make it so a rechargeable battery can go in its place. Otherwise you have to change the port or use a heat gun to separate the base from the lens and swap/charge the battery accordingly. Definitely a solid and reliable light that can be seen from over a mile away (at night).
