Oil Cleansing Excellence !!!
Its a Mahle. So as long as it's not a knock-off, I know it is the best I can get. What's more to know? Best used in a cannister designed for a OX 366D oil filter, usually on a car. Doesn't work well for filtering olive oil on a table dispenser.

Good quality oil filter
These seem to be well made quality oil filters. I have used these multiple times on my Porsche Boxster and have no complaints. They aren't the cheapest option, but they seem to be better quality which matters more to me. They come with the o-ring and are easy to install.

Does the Job
Since my 981 Boxster S is a summer car, I don't drive that many miles before its annual oil change and storage. The product fits well and seems to do the job. As to "easy to remove", that's relative. The 3.4 engine in this car has its oil filter in a different spot than my earlier 987.1 BS. As a result its harder to access and in done blindly. Even the wrench used creates problems. However, this is not the fault of the filter.

2015 Cayman oil filter - perfect
I've used this filter for years when changing the oil on my 2015 Cayman GTS. This is the filter you want. OEM spec, goes on perfectly, and comes with the rubber gasket you need for the filter housing. Buy with confidence.

Great oil filter replacement alternative for my 2013 Porsche Boxster. 2-day delivery at a very reasonable price. Very satisfied. I have ordered this filtered multiple times, and performs better than OEM. Save a bundle of money doing oil change vice the Porsche dealership criminal high prices.

Oil filter appears to be the same as my previous orders. My previous orders were from the North American Mahle supplier. Just be aware that this one is sourced from Mahle in Shanghai, China. Anyways, this filter fits perfectly on my 2014 981 Cayman S.
