へらなどでパカっとふたを取って開けるタイプ。中身は細かいパウダー状。分量の目安は3gで250mg。原材料表記は英文の上から日本語シールが張ってあったが、はがしてみると原文表記や順番が多少違った。（sea salt →食塩 程度）アマゾンの説明文での表示は原文タイプ。 日本製品にはあまりない独特な香辛料の香り。ややハーブ系？さら湯に溶かし飲んでみる。 少量だとやや癖のあるセロリの香りが強い。のちにコンソメ。 多めに入れると入り交じる野菜のこくが感じられる味。通常スープ等に入れる場合は、これで味をだめにしてしまうようなことはないと思われる。が、セロリが極端に好きでないという方は他製品でもよいかも。（追加レビュー）ポトフに入れてみた。日本製品と比べるとややスパイシー、だが野菜と煮ると気になったセロリ感は特に感じず。十分おいしかった。原材料も納得できるので積極的に使用したい品。

肉食べないけど、普段はチキンコンソメ使ってました。一度知り合いの完全ベジタリアンが遊びに来た時に購入してからハマってます。そんなに使わなくても味がでるのし、結構入ってるので減りも早くないし、お得です。スーパーでは、なかなか植物コンソメ売ってないのでコレが便利です。
