Headphone and charger plug are well away from edgeof the case and my phone has had a few falls without a screen protector and no damage yet! (Knock on wood) The only downside is that the grey buttons come out of their sockets when taking the cover apart and you have to be careful not loose them and put them back into the wholes on the case before putting the case back on your phone. It is not as snug as j would have imagined. It is not a slim silicone case. But it sure looks protective enough. The shade of rose gold is just a little bit darker but still nice! The case comes with a glass screen protector. Considering that I cared more about the case then the screen protector is a nice addition. But the screen protector is not the best on the market. It is about 1mm narrower than the phone screen which might drive an OCD crazy. But I'm fine with it!
