It is impossible that this is IP65, there is a hole on top leading into the enclosure because the solar panel is so misaligned. This is just expensive garbage. I made the mistake of buying it in December when the sun was so low that I didn't even have a reason to put it outside because it wouldn't charge anyway. Now I've missed the return window.
