I would plug it onto the OBD port ans all the button did not function. This item was nothing more than a expensive paperweight. I sent an email with pictures of the non-functioning screen and the serial number. to no avail. I resent all my infor to iCarsoft and a CSR named Bruce Lea, and he told me to format a memory car in FAT32. I omly have MAC computer and no PC's..
