A: Cant answer for you personally, but mine are very comfortable, and if I had to stand all day, they would be the right shoe for me.

A: I would either ask Sketchers if they have extra insoles for your shoes. They do sell nice gel insoles in Walmart and other stores.

Very comfortable and nice looking shoe , it's quite big in size and unfortunately it didn't come with anti-puncher layer which will make it unsafe for heavy Civil Construction site
