It extends freshness a whooping up to 10 days I think. Thank you! I use it every time but only just to be sure it stays fresh for my normal time between nectar changes. +I also wrap my GLASS feeders in cotton terry cloth towel strips that I also get wet and cold in fridge then wrap feeders to keep nectar cold then at min cool. If the feeder is in the sun for a lot of the day, it always goes bad. Anyway, I saw this and was skeptical. But it really works. I tested a feeder and left it in the sun for two weeks and then changed it out. It only had a slight aroma of fermentation; it was just β€œon the turn,” so it really works. I actually fill my feeders halfway and they get drunk out within a week and clean and replace. This liquid is very much worth the money. Buy the two-pack and keep it refrigerated.
