Title says 3/4", description says 1-1/8", comments say both...** A: The 500 and 750 use 3/4 and the 1100 uses 1-1/8 inch. **Q: Do these bilge pumps run for a period of time after all water is pumped from bildge?** A: This pump does NOT continue to run for a period of time. As soon as the float switch drops (water falls below the thresh-hold necessary to keep the float switch raised) the pump stops. **Q: the sahara has two versions of the auto pump 1100? 1100 and S1100, why is the S1100 more expensive?** A: It is my understanding that while the S1100 is indeed a model, one of Attwood’s more powerful bilge pumps, the 1100 refers to that models GPH ( gallons per hour). I am unable to locate an 1100 model. Hope this helps. **Q: The model advertised is S1100 but pictured is S750. Which pump is it?** A: The S1100 is 1100 GPM. Mine has been in service for about 3 years with no problems.
