It is easy to put on and take off, and the pouch can be easily accessed for emptying while you are wearing the garment. Compatible with a standard ostomy belt (like the Hollister adjustable ostomy belt). Can be used with most styles of underwear; wear it over a speedo or bikini-style underwear with a waistband that crosses under the stoma, or wear it under boxers or granny panties where the waistband crosses above the stoma. Super easy to hand or machine wash and hang to dry. It gives great support when the pouch is full and doesn't sag. I would only use this for casual wear and not more harsh activities. My output is on the softerside so you can't tell much when it's full. The 2nd and 3rd pic show the inside of the band and how the 2nd band lays under my pouch. There is a hole to put the pouch through but it's small and I can't fit my flange(70mm) through it without it feeling like it will pop off.
