**Q: I will be able to use in a leather jacket 1.4mm?**
A: Try it on a area that is of similar thickness to see if the clasp over the pin seats and will not come off easily.

**Q: What is that strange pin on the back? Would it wasily pin to a ball cap?**
A: I'm not sure I understand the question.  
I had no trouble attaching the pin to the lapel of a denim jacket which is, I would think, much thicker than a baseball cap.  The pin comes in 2 pieces.  All you need to do is to squeeze the raised part of the piece on the back.  It comes off revealing a pin which is attached to the part with the flag.  Decide where you want to place the flag, push the pin through the hat, and then re-attach the second part to the sharp pin.  The flag should stay in place for as long as you wish to keep it on your cap.
