It doesn’t float. I purchased for bath time when my son was 3. The stickers eventually come off and now we are down to just the boat. He took all the pieces apart! And I had to throw away pieces over time for fear of a choking accident or stepping on it. The masts and sails are falling off already on the one for my kids. I had a difficult time finding a pirate ship that was more durable for them though. Not a lot of pirate toys available it seems.
