The leg openings are not on the outside panel. The openings are in a snap panel that sits about 5 inches from the outer edge and are very tiny. Difficult to get My 21 pound child’s legs through the opening and impossible to do with shoes on. Disappointed. I took it to the car wash a few times and sprayed it down. it dries quickly and is light to carry. we beat the hell out of it, and it kept going. be careful when folding and unfolding, don't use it unless all four corners are secured and down over the posts. thats how we tore it up, we misused it. I was happy with the year or so we had it.
