All products are developed and ship from the USA, but are made in China. **Q: What is the length and width of this product?** A: The actual Multi cool is 21 inches long and 10 inches wide, BUT, keep in mind, this is a tubular product that stretches to many shapes. You can pull it over your head to make a neck scarf, or fit it on your head like a skull cap/turban. When wetted so that it cools, it's NOT drippy wet, it is damp feeling, wicks away perspiration and drops your skin temperature. My husband tends to be very warm and he wears them all the time, inside and outside. I wear mine if I'm at an outdoors sports event, or exercising. Recently we attended Pooches in the Ballpark with our dog. The temperature was 96 degrees F and it felt every degree of it. I put one of my Multi-Cools on Kira, around her waist; she quit panting in minutes! Also, when you wash them, instead of putting them in the general laundry, I hand wash them in antibacterial soap, like Dial Complete, to kill all of the germs so they don't smell like feet! Washing them in the laundry just wasn't doing it! Let me know if I can be of further assistance. **Q: Do you have any information about the effectiveness of your product at containing respiratory droplets? Just received mine and the fabric is thin.** A: It would somewhat depend on if you are using it wet or dry & how much it is stretched. It contains a good amount but is not 100%...more effective wet. **Q: Do you have any with ear loops?** A: You really don't need ear loops.
