## Questions & Answers

**Q: Would you use this in a proofing drawer… around 100 degrees?**
A: Yes, absolutely. Our house is really cold so I turn my oven on as low as possible for about 5 minutes then turn it off to let the dough rise in a warmer environment. It’s usually at 105° when I turn it off. It wouldn’t melt at 100°. In the summer it gets up to 115° outside and it wouldn’t melt sitting on our deck.

**Q: Is the bottom completely flat and smooth to the edges?**
A: Yes it is completely flat

**Q: Can I use this to store baked goods (non pizza related)?**
A: You can use it to store anything. It is just a plastic container that uses the two end handles to lock shut.

Given it is only 3" high (14"w x 11"d x 3"h), it might be limited to store some baked goods.

**Q: is this box microwaveable**
A: It is much like Tupperware, so I would say yes within reason
