If you have never taken a spoonful of whey from plain yogurt, do yourselves a favor and do so! You will realize that this liquid has a taste to it and personally I do NOT like eating it by itself! HOWEVER the whole purpose of me purchasing this whey for the family was so that we could enjoy some nutritious shakes etc. We purposely do not buy flavored whey as we do not want the list of ingredients that comes with it, preferring to add our own. Mix this grass fed whey with some almond or cashew milk, sweetener and flavor of choice plus some ice and you will NEVER know the whey is in there. Trying to drink it by itself?
