It looks like very high quality durable material. The top middle pouches are insulated and the whole thing seems waterproof, so if you put a warm bottle in one cup holder and an iced latte in the other, neither would "sweat" on any of your other stuff. It has really sturdy straps that can attach to a stroller, or a shopping cart even, and when you are done, you just detach it and throw it over your shoulder using the provided shoulder strap, and you're off. I know this is sold as a baby item, but it is great to organize any type of stuff. It would even be very useful to keep on the passenger seat to organize all of the crap that usually ends up on the floor.
