AVOID RAZER!!! *by C***E on August 12, 2022* I bought this back in November of 2021 and it just totally tied (Aug '22). Razer Customer Support is anything but useful, they take over a day to communicate and want the most ridiculous means of proving the device is defective. Up until now, I've never once been asked to "take a video" of the problem and send it to them... Damn shame because the dock looks absolutely sick and works great when it's functional. I'm writing an update to my review as it's been one week since this unit died and I'm no closer to receiving a replacement unit from Razer than I was on day 1 when it suddenly stopped working. Their customer support is appalling and shameful. I've been waiting nearly 5 days for their Warranty Department to contact me when I was originally told it could take up to 24-48 hours for a response. I've gone ahead and purchased a Pluggable Dock instead and filed a report against Razer with the BBB with the intention of their billing department writing me a check for the cost of the new Pluggable unit.
