They are not "noise" cancelling however the Apple Pro Max headphones are and very very effective. The covers themselves are a perfect fit and really give very good protection as well as look good. Very good choice to protect the headphones from damage. **Q: How easily do they fit in the case with these on? Thanks!** A: The cover is very well made, like all Spigen products. It’s not too bulky and protects the AirMax from scratches. They’re easy to fit on and take off. It’s fits easily into the Apple case, and in my experience does not get dislodged when putting the AirMax in or taking then out. Then as I’ve been walking around the house I’ve bumped the cans into a couple of things and no worries since I’ve added these covers. I actually love them, I think they give a more premium look and feel to the headphones, I have the same material style on my Mac so it actually fits well with that. They clip onto the cans really nicely and plenty tight enough. I can still use them in the original case, a little more snug than before but they fit.
