Loctite PL Premium Construction Adhesive is a one component, polyurethane based, moisture-curing adhesive perfect for a wide variety of projects. This paintable and water-resistant construction adhesive is great for both exterior and interior applications with no strong solvent odor and can be applied directly to wet and frozen surfaces without shrinking for exterior projects. PL Premium Construction Adhesive permanently bonds together almost any substrate and sets in 30 minutes and fully cures in 24 hours even in cold temperatures. Ideal for a variety of projects including sub floor installations, Loctite PL Premium bonds to most common construction materials such as wood, plywood, OSB, MDF, treated wood, hardwood, flooring, concrete, stone, granite, marble, slate, masonry, brick, foam insulation of all sorts including EPS (expanded polystyrene foam), XPS (extruded polystyrene foam), and polysio (urethane) foam, carpets, metal, stainless steel, galvanized metal, lead, cement-based products, fiber cement panels, ceramic, fiberglass, drywall, rigid and cellular vinyl/PVC trim and molding and polyash trim. **Q: can glue be used to reinforce stick on tiles in corners and around pipes and radiators?**
A: Yes, it will stick and it will stay.

**Q: could I use this product to "glue" metal screen to concrete block (to block out rats)?**
A: The "performance Facts" as written on the label reads: Adheres to Wood,OSB,Drywall,Brick,CONCRETE, Masonry,Stone,Marble, Granite,METAL,Pvc,Foam Insulation.I have used it to glue together broken Roof tiles and it works pretty good for that too. I would suggest using some tape To help maintain the screen in its place while the glue completely cures.

**Q: Will this work on a painted concrete surface ? Applying a stone veneer to an outside painted cinder block wall.**
A: I used it to waterproof holes in a reinforced concrete roof for the passage of solar electric cables and solar hot water circulating pipes.  The roof was painted with standard latex.  Worked perfectly.

**Q: Can I use this to re-glue some self stick floor ties that have come loose?**
A: Yes, I believe it will work. You should be careful not to apply too much as it may ooze around the edges of the tiles. Wipe up any that does seep out right away with a paper towel with mineral spirits.  You will probably want to weigh the tiles down until the glue fully sets - about a half hour should do it. Avoid full traffic for 24 hours.
