If you aren't aware of him, firstly, go watch him, and secondly just realize he chose to have quality stuff at a reasonable price. You get that here. They are metal bowls... how much is there that we can really say about them? They have held their shape well, they are not flimsy, they are nice size, and I have not seen any rust with repeated use and washing without hand drying. There are no lids to these which I wish I could find, but otherwise I am super happy with these. I finally have enough mixing space to make anything that I want! It's a nice feel to have decent quality kitchen gear for a decent price!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality. You will not cut yourself on the edges...

Some reviewers stated that the edges are sharp. This is not the case with the bowls I received. I have cut myself on my other set with a rolled edge while drying because my skin can get caught under the very sharp raw edge that was rolled under. The Babish bowls do not have a rolled edge, it is flat and polished and in no way sharp. The bowls are sturdy and not so thin that they will dent like many others out there. This is one of the best set of stainless steel bowls you can purchase for a very reasonable price.
