Why?** A: I'm not sure why, if it is advertised on Amazon by the seller as "stainless steel", it may or may not mention that in the packaging the spoons are shipped with. I would suggest reaching out to the seller of the product for clarification. **Q: Where (What Country) are these made?** A: The box states “made in China”. **Q: Did anyone find that these rusted after some time?** A: No rust.
