Review: Long lasting and great traction - CONTINENTAL ProContact TX update of my purchase from 2021. Got this for my car since it is the OEM tire that it came with. I only rotated them once every two years. Yesterday I hit a curb where I skimmed the edge of a metal storm drain edge which was protruding about an inch from the edge of the sidewalk. Sliced and took out a three inch piece of the sidewall but did not puncture or deflate it. This is one very strong tire. In the last 3 years and about 33,000 miles it now has 7/32 tread left I think new they were 10/32 so that is about a 30% wear. I think they will last over 60k miles. Driving on these for the past three years I feel they have very good traction, very quiet, good handling and a very strong and long lasting tire comparable to the Michelin Defender and Pilots I am used to.

CONTINENTAL ProContact TX update of my purchase from 2021. Got this for my car since it is the OEM tire that it came with. I only rotated them once every two years.
