I had a meniscus tear and arthroscopic surgery over a year ago. I don't wear a brace every day, but when I do I slide this on if I'm having issues or going on an adventure. When I do wear it, it's typically for the whole day. My knee does get sweaty, but I think that's to be expected after hours of use. I may have gotten a size too small, because it is pretty tight, but at the same time, that's okay with me. I've been thinking about getting a larger size too just in case I need to wear it all day and not put up with it being so tight. At any rate, I think it was worth the money. The quality seems good too. I haven't had any tears or anything like that. It's been holding up just fine. The pull-up tabs are a nice design feature that work well. The relief cutout on the back of the knee does improve comfort during movement when compared to a similar product I own that does not have that feature. I like the cut-out patella, it helps localize the brace, supports your kneecap, and doesn't apply pressure to the front of your knee. I can't speak to durability or performance during activity, I will wear this to play tennis soon, but given the initial impressions, I expect it to perform well and be fairly durable. Highly recommended. Update: it is still going strong but starting to stretch to its limit at the upper seams. It is designed for a more typically-shaped narrower leg than mine, so I think my meaty legs aren’t exactly what they had in mind. I measured my calf and ordered a knee brace. But when I got it there were instructions included that specified exactly where to measure calf circumference. If I had this information before ordering I would have ordered a size smaller.
