Then sprinkle seeds on top of the soil dribble water over the top don’t drown them but a good amount not soaking the dirt place saran wrap over the top and rubber band around the top place next to you garden so the lights will still hit is after 2 weeks I drizzled a little more water on it cover it up the next week I picked it up and we’re ever I had placed the seed they had sprayed and were coming up. I will leave them in the cup took off Saran Wrap and wait a couple 2 or 3 weeks to trans plant them in my hydroponic garden.
