It's probably because I have a small nose, but I still like this mask deal! The earplugs are pretty stiff, but they come in a convenient plastic case. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Seemed promising *by T***C on November 23, 2016* My 6-year old niece has become obsessed with sleeping with eye-masks (after I told her to try mine on a long car ride). Mine has velcro and doesn't get quite tight enough, plus she hates it when they slip to the side and light comes in the nose section. After determining that Amazon doesn't seem to sell a child version of this type of mask, I bought these ones thinking they'd solve both problems.Adjustable strap: unfortunately these masks use a very lightweight elastic. It is adjustable, but even tightened all the way, they don't stay on her face as well as my too big one does. Plus, it doesn't stay tight because the elastic isn't rigid enough to hold the adjustment piece in place. Both ends of the elastic are sewn on, so you can't make it smaller than the width of the mask.Nose cover: she noticed this right away pulling them out of the box. And it did seem to do what it's supposed to do.But she had to quickly take the mask off because it smelled so bad. Whatever was used in the manufacturing left a strong chemically-smell behind. I can't decide if I should wash them or send them back.
