I actually found that this gave a subtle but still noticeable energy boost for a few hours after taking it. Since it did not help my sleep, I have been mixing it into my morning coffee for an extra boost, or having some after lunch to help get me through the afternoon. Overall, the product is quality and you get what you are paying for at a reasonable price no less.
