I use it to sleep and I am a side sleeper. When laying on my side, the speakers are so thick (thicker than other sleep bands I've had) that it hurts my ear. My ears will ache in the morning. If you are sleeping on your back majority of the night, you are okay.The sound is good. I find that it is softer than other bands that I've had, but that just means I have to turn up my phone volume just a bit more. I love the adjustable strap in the back, very good design.I like the feel of the memory foam and the material covering the mask (one plus so far is that the color hasn't bled onto my pillow cover, which is great!), but I wish there were concave holes where the eyes are. I don't like the feeling of the foam pushing on my eyes. Other masks have figured this out so I am curious as to why this one didn't.The cord has plenty of length in my opinion.All in all, it is okay.
