This Winco SPJL-604 is a 1/6 size anti-jam steam table / hotel pan ideal for use in buffets, restaurants and catered events. This 4" deep food pan features stacking lugs ensuring food pans won’t stick together when nested for storage. Made from 25-gauge 18/8 grade stainless-steel, these pans are designed to withstand daily use in a foodservice environment. **Q: can this pan handle high temps?**
A: Yes, We put it directly on the flat top griddle to melt butter and sauces

**Q: What are the actual exterior dimensions?  I'm looking to use this in a smoker.**
A: At the widest points, I measure 6 1/2" x 7".  4" tall.

**Q: Can it be used to bake bread at 500F temperature?**
A: In the Question and Answer section regarding this product it mentions the product could take high heat of a restaurant griddle.  This pan is rather small for bread as it measures 1/6 by 4 inches.  Seems too small for baking bread.  I use cast iron and coated cast iron when baking bread for more insulation.

**Q: What gauge steel is this?**
A: 24 g
