玄米と小麦のブランでできたお菓子東京体育館の自動販売機で１７０円で売られていたので安いと思って買いました。。小麦のブラン（ふすま）と玄米を主成分としたクラッカの間にブルーベリーが多く入ったクリームがサンドされたお菓子（栄養補助食品）です。栄養機能食品としてカルシウムと鉄がかなり取れるのと、これで1/3日分の10種のビタミンもとれるそうです。カロリーは３５０Kカロリーぐらいなのでダイエット食と考えたときは少しカロリーがあるかなぁという感じがしますブランと玄米がおもな成分なのでボソボソ感がありますが、わたしは食べ応えを配合しました。また、カロリー自体は３５０Kカロリーぐらいあるのでダイエット食としては少しカロリー高めですが、低糖質（ブランをつかっているせいだと思います）なせいか、そんなに空腹感を感じずに、体重が落ちるのが良い感じです（私にとってはですが）でも、この商品、東京体育館の自動販売機で、カロリーメイトとともに売られているのは１７０円とアマゾンの方がやすいですが、都内コンビニで１２５円とアマゾンと同程度ですまた、スーパーで置いてあるところは、１１０円ぐらいなのでスーパーよりアマゾンの方が高くドラッグストアの通常棚で９５円で見つけたときには、アマゾンで買ったのを後悔しました。味もそこそこよく、しかも腹持ちもよいので、私の定番化したいと思っていますが残念ながら、定期購買でも高いので二度とアマゾンでは買わないと思います。
