Review: Bought these 40 years ago and love them so much, we bought them again! - We absolutely love these Rada paring knives! We originally bought these about 40 years ago. They were instantly the most desired knife! (The smaller handle made them great for hulking strawberries!). Over time, they aged as we, uhm, dropped one on the floor and bent the tip of one of the knives. I was so very pleased to find them available on desertcart!!! They are easy to find in the drawer as they have the stainless steel colored handles and, of course, the safety cover! Our original Rada paring knives had shorter handles. They are sharp and make clean cuts. They still work as well as the ones we bought 40 years ago! I wish they sold them in a set -with one longer handle and one shorter handle.). Nevertheless, we still love these knives!!!! I would buy them again in a heartbeat!
