**Q: How does deep rich brown work on black roots with dark brassy blonde hair?**
A: I die my hair blonde and it is dark brown so I do not know. My blonde hair is not brassy plus I use an anti-brassy shampoo between coloring my hair which is twice a month. I would contact the seller regarding dark highlights. Hope this helps.

**Q: Are you able to store any unused product in the bottle itself if you don't finish all of it?**
A: No, the color will change and it will go bad, you can use 1/2 bottle of the color and 1/2 bottle of the peroxide now and save the other unused halves for next time. ,mix them together only when you're ready to use them.

**Q: Does the "27 Deep Rich Brown" have any "red" tones to it?**
A: Yes, the color rich 27 is a warm dark brown. The red tones are not very noticeable, but the color is definitely warm and very pretty.

**Q: Can you buy the conditioner separately? I really love it.**
A: I know Walmart and Walgreens carry a Revlon Colorsilk conditioner in an 8.45 oz squeeze bottle for each particular color hair for about $4.50.  I do believe it is the same.
