### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works! Don’t love the taste but it’s ok.

I think it works by filling me up so I eat a little less and don’t feel desperate for food in between meals. The taste isn’t unpleasant but don’t love it either. Most often I tend to add a little sugar free orange cordial to the mix then it’s easy to drink. It mixes well in water. If mixing in a water bottle to bring to work you need to make sure to shake it very frequently the first 5 minutes otherwise it ends up as a lump down the bottom of the bottle. Not so nice.
