I use the product as my every day cup for my tea and coffee. Bought this for my mum who has arthritis in her hands and it’s been great. Keeps her coffee warm for at least 4 hours, does not leak and is comfortable to hold. 1 star deducted as lid is difficult to get totally clean round the edge, I have found a tooth brush useful for this but must get one with harder bristles.
