The loft bed is just as described. Looks just like the pictures. Very easy to assemble. I nearly assembled it alone, my only issue was in the final stage, no way for me to hold the long under bar up, while also trying to hold the end of the bed, and screw the 2 together. If I had something taller to set the other end of the under bar on, it would have been doable alone. But kiddo helped, and that worked out great! Much like other reviewers have said, it wobbles a lot. And the ladder rungs are not pleasant on the feet. My 9yo loves it so far, and doesn't complain about either of those things. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is how much it wobbles. Seems to me there could have been a few more bars included, especially on the non-ladder side, to help provide stability. And in all fairness, my set up is right next to a window, so it does not allow for me to use the provided straps.
