**Q: How many grams of sugar per gel?**
A: Just checked fir you- 2.8g per sachet

**Q: when does this current batch expire?**
A: My batch is June 2022

**Q: Would they last a football seaon out say about 9 months**
A: Well to do the math on it, these gells fuel me for about 30mins for 1 gel. Assuming a 90 min match you would need an average of 3 per match. Theres 20 in a box so I guess it depends on how many games you play per season. Bulkpowders do a drink called "hydration drink" which has bcaa, 3 different sugars and all electrolytes inside of a powder. 2.5kg bag is about £40, or if you wait till they put offers on you will get a for about £25. To put that into perspective, I'm an ultra runner and a gym goer and use this bag plus gells and it lasts me about 2 months, that's training 5 to 6 days a week.

**Q: Do these require additional water for digestion? Or are they isotonic like the sis ones that require no additional water?**
A: You can tear and swallow from the tube. No water required. Very liquid. Not thick. Hope this helps
