And when it dispenses it the soap is coming out very thin. I took the lid off & looked inside & the soap seems to still be the normal consistency in the container. So I don't know what the problem is. I think I'll try another soap & see if it makes any difference. But if it's the same issue, I may ask to return it for a refund. If the problem corrects with new soap, I'll correct this review.9/23/16 - I am amending my review & upping it to 4 stars. Still a mystery as to why the first soap didn't work well in the dispenser, but I did put in more out of a different refill bottle & it's better.
