Review: Great monitor, and such a low price! Audio issues - This is an excellent monitor. As a software engineer who uses lots of monitors (but not a graphic artist) I can't see any benefit to other more expensive monitors in this size, unless you want specific features like USB hub or speakers. It's extremely light. I like the fact that the mount is at the bottom of the back, so it works well with monitor mounting arms that were designed for smaller monitors of the bad old days. (I place my monitor above my laptop's screen.) The only minor disadvantage is that the VESA mount has only two holes, so it seems a bit odd when attaching a VESA arm. But it's so light the two holes are sufficient. My arm's bracket's top two holes are open to the top (slots) to make it easy to attach, but I needed to use the bottom two holes. So I just turned the bracket and monitor upside down while attaching and it worked great. That may not be clear, but if you try it you'll understand! One other issue I noticed later: the audio out. I can't use it with my wireless FM headphones at all; not sure why but it causes crazy interference. If I plug the headphones into the laptop instead, they're fine (so it's only the audio out jack, not radio interference.) Also, with powered speakers plugged in, if I turn the speakers up high when there's no audio being output (that is, not playing music or whatever), there's a very high level of hiss (white noise). This noise floor is low enough that I didn't notice it with speakers set at a normal volume for hearing computer beeps or listening at conversational volumes. But it's obvious after playing music at a nice loud level, when the music stops or during quiet passages. I no longer have equipment to measure, but I'm very familiar with these speakers and I'd estimate the noise to be about -50dB.
Review: These monitors are great! - These monitors are amazing! Nice big screen, excellent price, excellent resolution, and small bezel making them perfect for a multi-monitor setup. I have two of these at work and had to get two of them for home as well. If I had the desk space, I'd like to go with three of them! Ultra thin? Heck yeah they are! It's also easy for people not to realize that the two screw holes in the back are for a vesa mount as most people are used to have 4 holes.. but with such a slim, light monitor, you only need the 2 holes and it mounts fine. You do have to mount it to the top holes on the vesa mount because of the part that sticks out for the stand. The only negative I have is that the power button is on the back. That means you have to reach under the monitor to the back to press the bottom button. If you never turn your monitors off, it's not an issue.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can you mount to monitor stand, I am not seeing the 4 holes needed to bolt to stand**
A: I was able to mount on the two holes. My VESA plate was square and blocked by the flange jutting out of the back that the monitor stand bolts to.  There was no way to rotate it out of the way. I removed the phillips screws from the bottom of the bezel (except for the last one on each end) and removed the black plastic lower back. The bracket that holds the hinge is held in place with four screws. Remove the screws (and the hinge), pop the back back on, put in the screws at the bottom of the bezel and no more obstruction!

**Q: Can you connect an Xbox one to it?**
A: We have it hooked up to our PS3 via a HDMI cable. I would think it would be the same concept for the Xbox. Good luck!

**Q: can you adjust the height or inclination of this monitor**
A: You cannot adjust the height, however you can adjust the tilt. I love this monitor. Great value

**Q: does this monitor come with hdmi and vga cables?**

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great monitor, and such a low price! Audio issues

This is an excellent monitor. As a software engineer who uses lots of monitors (but not a graphic artist) I can't see any benefit to other more expensive monitors in this size, unless you want specific features like USB hub or speakers. It's extremely light. I like the fact that the mount is at the bottom of the back, so it works well with monitor mounting arms that were designed for smaller monitors of the bad old days. These monitors are amazing! Nice big screen, excellent price, excellent resolution, and small bezel making them perfect for a multi-monitor setup. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic option!!!!

At price to performance ratio I much prefer this for all non-gaming tasks as compared to my $200 LG 24MP59HT-P. PLUSES Heavy Metal base that is angle adjustable: LG- Plastic that cannot be adjusted in any way. Full metal frame and casing (very good solid feel!): LG- flimsy plastic. No backlight bleed!: LG- Backlight bleed in the corners that is quite noticeable in darker games or shows. VESA mountable!!! LG: NOT mountable! (on a $200 monitor? lol) Negatives! Picture quality-takes quite a bit of adjusting to get it decent.: LG-Very good quality when no backlight bleeding occurs. Plug-It is a very space consuming plug that can take up a lot of power strip space. I use this as a monitor for stream maintenance and plan on getting a second soon! I may even replace my LG with one. I have personally not experienced any dead pixels with this but it does seem to happen once in a while, just not with me! I highly recommend this monitor!
