What does that mean?** A: It means that you don't apply the adhesive and then immediately push the two items to be bonded together. However, after a minute or two you might as well start over because it skins over so fast. IMO it comes out tacky/ready to use, but maybe I got a tube that had been sitting awhile. I think it comes out liquid-ee, runny and shiny and within a minute it's turning dull as it skins over. I'd say from tube squeeze to press to adhere and clamp is 30 secs 'working time'. I resealed and waterproofed some construction shoes that got some holes in them and the soles were coming loose by just going free-form and abstract with this stuff.
