Sunflower Oil, Water, Modified Food Starch (Potato, Corn), Distilled Vinegar, Contains 2% or less of the following: Sugar, Salt, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Sorbic Acid and Calcium Disodium EDTA (Used to protect quality), Natural Flavor, Paprika Extract. **Q: did anyone else find this pretty salty?** A: Yes - definitely has a salty taste. I make my own vegan mayo which has a slightly sweet and slightly lemony taste, and even though there is Kama Nalak (Black salt) in mine (secret to imparting an eggy flavor and even smell!), this one (I’ve used the Hellman’s which is apparently the same brand) tastes salty to me - saltier than I recall non-vegan mayo tasting. It’s still the next best to my homemade one in taste and texture though. With all others I’ve tried, either taste or texture is off - or sometimes both. I use the recipe from The Non-Dairy Evolution Cookbook. It’s SO good. You can get it on Amazon or through the Chef Skye Michael Conroy’s website. **Q: Whats the shelf life??** A: The "Best If Used By Date" is stamped on every container. This is the date that assures the product's optimum quality and freshness. We recommend that you use your product by this date. We hope that this information is helpful! **Q: How does this taste/work in combination with Siracha to make spicy mayo?** A: I would suggest using a small amount of mayo to start, as this seems to get kinda thin/runny whenever i mix it with stuff to make sauces or dressings - but still tastes good! Amazon is the cheapest and best value to get it. Although, the last package I ordered they were straight liquid, spoiled, and non edible. Something happened during the storage @ Amazon because when I ordered it this last month, they were completely rotten. The expiration date is March 2023 for all 3 bottles. At Albertsons I have never had the issue.I must add- Amazon did make it right and sent me a replacement. So I had to turn to Amazon, and this 3-pack squeeze bottle set was the best deal. I prefer the tubs, but the squeeze bottles get the job done. We are a family of vegetarians and vegans, and this is our favorite mayo across all of our dietary needs.
