I do think it will struggle to fit her at age 1 as I found this begun to fit before 6 months and her wrap 3-6 months she outgrew before 6 months. The product is great quality and you have no worries of leaks from the thicker nappy. Some pools will only allow these sorts of swim suits for babies which also an advantage. The quality of this swim suit is much better than other swim suits I’ve found and I would definitely buy again the next size up when necessary.
