Can this unit reach 450f?** A: None of the pictures shows 450. They all show 400. The descriptions all say 400. Nothing at all is 450. Someone responded that it can toast** A: I toast my bread on the top rack at 400 degrees for 3 minutes. It doesn't have toast marks like a regular toaster but it still tastes pretty good to me. I've tried sourdough and regular white bread. **Q: What are the interior dimensions?** A: Inside Dimensions: 11.5 inches deep 10.75 inches wide 7.75 inches tall. **Q: Does this put out a tremendous amount of heat? I know some similar ovens are said to get extremely hot on the back of them. Same with this one?** A: No, less heat than my standard oven. Until you asked this question I hadn't even thought about or noticed if it throws off heat. The exhaust is on the top of the unit and if I place a rack on top while its working the rack does get hot. All that being said, I love this thing! It has far exceeded my expectations. I don't use the program function, it is too confusing. Just turning it on, adjusting the time and temp is all I need. The probe is amazing and enables me to cook everything to perfection. Food comes out with a crunchy, golden brown with flaky soft insides. French fries are incredible. I cook my tri-tip in my Brio and it comes out with a perfect "crust" and juicy insides. It's so easy to clean, the door even comes off so it can be washed under water. When I washed the exterior, the letters came off. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a template to place over the other control panel and that fixed it.
