I wasn’t sure what I was going to get, but I received an amazing knife that blows me away. The Dalstrong Vahalla Series Satoku knife with leather sheath was a great purchase and I am going to grab another one from this brand and series as well. Probably the Chef’s Knife next. Such a beautiful knife and I love the sheath to protect the blade. I am so happy to have found this knife. It’s razor sharp and I sliced a tomato with it as its test case and was able to make paper thin slices. And it is versatile too. I chopped some onions effortlessly and no crushing which means no tearing up. It is just so nice to have a real knife and I can’t wait to have a second one shortly.
