Only 7 screws in total that you need to put on the chair. I enjoyed assembling this chair compared to my other Green Soul Monster chair. The lumbar support is aggressive, it will always be there. This is a preference thing. Some people may like this alot or just hate it because it is always sticking into your lower back. I personally find it okay because I sit for long hours and I need the support. The seat is adjustable, you can make it go forward if that's something you wish to do for better comfort according to your body. The armrests are WAY better than of Green Soul's, I really like their texture and how smoothly they can adjust. They are 4D adjustable. The headrest, I am quite disappointed by the headrest because before buying I looked at the reviews, everyone kept saying this chair is for tall people and I am 5'11 - I can say that I am taller than average people in the country and I was hoping the headrest to be higher. And since it is FIXED IN PLACE. I cannot adjust it to go higher or lower. That's the biggest con of this chair. Back seat is really breathable and comfortable, another doubt I had before buying was if I will find a mesh comfortable after coming from a fabric backseat but I am absolutely impressed by how good this is. The lumbar support feels actually cooler to touch somehow which is a plus. Other than that, the chair has a nylon base and nylon wheels, I am hopeful they are actually durable and sturdy, I am on the heavier side and I bought this chair after making sure it can hold up some weight (recommended limit is 150KGs) I am around 120KGs. Overall, I am happy with the chair although this is an expensive chair and it needs to be considered thoughtfully because everyone's body is different and requires different needs. I will suggest to first go to an offline store and see how the chair feels before making your decision.
